Subject: [Idea]Swap 18yo for 15yo Juniors

I have always thought scrap 18yo juniors coming into school and replace with 15yo's if they arnt 16 they can't leave school until they are, or they can play cup matches and friendlies only, like real life, ok your going to get some lame 16yo's, but that would stop you getting lame 18yo's and 15yo's with 16 weeks on wards would be brilliant!

18yo's all get sacked straight away most of the time anyway, and those that end up 20yo by the time they leave are lame too.
