Subject: RPPs

Was there some change around RPPs? They always used to be about 10% of normal training. I used to have many of them every week. But nowadays I have 15 16-17yr players and on average I have 1 rpp per a week. Today it was a record - I had two pops. I cannot imagine if I had fewer training players and older ones.

I have the best possible coaches and most of these youngsters are talented and pop really fast in trained skills. It makes little sense, I look forward to every Thursday and then I am disappointed again and again. It is really annoying.

Not sure if it is some kind of bug or what but it is not normal.


PS: I would not write if this was not a really long-term problem and if I was not sure that something is wrong. I had the same problems since many seasons ago.

what is RPP random player pops?

yes, random pop ups in skills that are not primarily trained - it always used to be 10% of normal training if your coach is unearthly in non trained skill and you have magical/unearthly assistants

i doubt something changed i have 3 pop ups from general trainings today

I just think most skills are too low for fast random pops and you're a little unlucky...
They'll come for sure... Who nows next weeks 12 random pops ;-)

this is the problem of last several seasons .. i dont believe it is just a bad luck
15 trainees and today also only 1rpp.
On trained skill they pop normally. I even get main coach unearthly in every skill but did not help.
I believe there is a some kind of bug, if general training is still 10% of main training then I am sure something is wrong

i have 0 pop ups on general trainings if we do not count stamina. On stamina i have 4 but im not sure what you expect pop ups from general training are slow i think 1/6 or 7 compare to normal training so if player pops for 2 trainings have such youngster on same leve and age age same skill he will need at least 12 general trainings (im waiting one to track it he has 9 so far on tech so maybe in 2-3 weeks he will pop)

I had 5 rpps normally every week few years ago with the training squad like that. Sometimes even more up to 8. Now it is everytime 1 or 2 max. Sometimes zero.

I have some 16yrs with talent 1 on average pace who didn't have any rpp in 7 trainings and they have some skills hopeless and unsatisfactory. This is really not just a bad luck.


I think I am just going to sack all my assistants (even though they are almost best possible) and hire new ones, because I dont know what else could help

7 trainings!!! He should be superdivine already :P

he needs at least 10 to expect any pop up on that skill
