in case that he has no bonus at all on that skill from junior school

you never know the bonus maybe there is none from youth

A GT is approximately the same as 1/10 of a normal training. In most cases skills don't pop after 1 training so they shouldn't random after 10 GT either...
After 20 GT it's another story!

again 2rpps .. If I only didn't remember those times when I had usually 6-7 rpps every week with similar training squad, then I would not be so dissapointed every thursday

nope, this is a long term problem. I struggled with that even when I had the top U21 players in the world.
They pop normally on the trained skill. I train pace and some of my actual players popped after 1 training on average and adequate level, which is pretty much the best you can get.

i had 3 pop ups today and assume normal but 2 od them are 26 27y olld so i have 17y old that pops secondary every 2 weeks

so not the trainer definitly mine has 15 pm and had pop

no, it is not that trainers would be bad, they are all very close to unearthly

i do not know buddy officially nothing changed :(

best way to track is player by player per skill we can compare 2 similar players charts

Can u post 1 player who you thought should rp allready and his exact trainings and GT on each skill?

i have one 18y that pops well on main and has 10 general trainings on tech i assume he should pop soon
