seems no training update this week

Yes, it seems that

damn was night shift yesterday and today instead to go to bed i was waiting for the training :(
probably cleaning of teams broke cup generation cause it field on that part in daily events
hope when i woke up will be fixed :(

There is a positive in all this. If they have failed, it means things are happening in the back end of the game, which is great.

Yeah, prior to reading about one of the other countries, I'd assume you are correct.

Although you could certainly cut number of leagues in bottom divisions in half in a lot of cases, which I think actually leads to a better promotion/relegation system anyway (I think 2nd places having a chance at promoting is a lot more appealing, because sometimes teams just get stuck behind a crazy skilled person who either can't win a playoff, or is unwilling to win a playoff).
