We tried with Firefox and Opera, on W7 and on W10, same result in any combination, "loading 99%"...

That guy name was also my first suspect. Thats why I asked about errors.

I checked his game from some time ago Hungary-Azerbijan and it worked

It works for all his match until 2020-12-06.
Then he was transfered to a club, which team has also weird letters (greek)
and all his matches after 2020-12-13 are not visible.
Weird...

Check the title, it's about safari mac especially (in that case, errors are not the same than you, and in Safari nothing work at all)
Maybe open a new bug/topic for more clarity.
