Subject: [BUG] Budget displayed when not logged in

I think that Budget should not be displayed when not logged in. It looks really ugly and without any sense there. :D

I feel it doesn't have to be there when you're logged in either... It's still looking ugly :-p

I also don't see the point of displaying budget there but I am not interested in mine or any club budget.
