Not only that it doesn't look the way you set it up, but sometimes it can be unwatchable. Darker shade of blue looks black, so you can end up with both teams having black kits (blue vs black turns into black vs black).
I think that devs are aware of this issue, but here's a topic as a reminder. It's important.
