Subject: Decent youth skill distribution

We've been talking alot about how fresh youth pulls should or shouldn't look like, but I have a perfect example of how a complete wrong skill distribution can break a potential of a player completely...
This guy has been pulled out of the youth academy from one of my fellow Belgian managers:

He was formidable in the academy and only 16 years of age!

Herbert Verwimp, age: 16
club: neoAnderlecht, country: België
value : 57 000 €
wage: 900 €
very good form
tragic tactical discipline
height: 172 cm, weight: 63.3 kg, BMI: 21.4

average stamina hopeless keeper
hopeless pace adequate defender
hopeless technique unsatisfactory playmaker
solid passing good striker

I really think players should have a more balanced skill distribution.
It can and should be random but within reason...

F.e...if a player, like this guy, has reached formidable (11) in the academy, then he should at least have weak (4) on pace and technique.
Why pace and technique and why weak (4)?

You should always calculate -7 as the minimum skill level because a divine youth player is 17 and the maximum level of a skill after you pulled a player is excellent (10) which is 17 - 7
Okay...there is also superdivine youth skill, but it is never shown in the academy...

Why pace and technique? Because those are the basic skills of each player... They influence the players behaviour the most in the ME...

Also, if youth player are over 20 weeks in the youth school, it's ridiculous they come out with a combination of passing, defence and scoring without any form of pace, technique and playmaking...
All skills should build up in a certain way with the amount of weeks in the youth school. If a player has higher scoring f.e., it's not logical that passing would be his 2nd best skill....
The ME doesn't consider scoring and passing to be complementary skills, so the youth school shouldn't either...

This all is also an issue since the youth academy matches are completely useless and it doesn't even matter if players play matches or not for the distribution of their skills.
It's 100% random and imo it should only be partially random...
There's lots of things which can be said about youth players and fresh pulls, but it should have a minimum of balance.

+1 but well... i think we are all agree about the all random, there r already plenty of topics about that, and plenty of proposals.

If devs are not aware about this i dont know what we (the gamers) can do.

That's the reason why I opened a separate topic about it.
And to be clear...my proposal is just an alternative.
It's open for adjustment or suggestions...but imo there should be some adjustment to the youth in sokker...
