Cherup to All
This idea points on the xx% of "Level of satisfaction with fulfillment expectations". But not the amount of gains and loss of fans per week.

Observation
The Level of satisfaction with fulfillment expectations is discussed well. Lets have a closer look. What does it mean, when you see a e. g. 12%? Does it mean 12% of your fan club members are sadisfied with your work, and 88% are thinking about leaving your club? In that case you could lose several percent of your club size each week. But this doesn't happen. So it must be something else.

Hypothesis
I think if you ask three managers you will get 4 opinions what this means. This xx% of Level of satisfaction with fulfillment expectations is possibly a heritage of the former fan mood which had its rating between "furious" and "madly in love...". Without percentage there is more space for interpretation. So "furious" fits quite well to loosing 10 to 40 fans a week. But now the percentage paints a new picture in mind. And possibly each manager has its own one. We should synchronize it.

Target
A Level of satisfaction with fulfillment expectations which is clearly enough to stop this discussions, without changing the amount of losses and gains of club size. Its just a visual function, giving managers a better understanding why they loss or gain this amount of fans.

Idea
1st: Put a new information "average club size of this league", e. g. 2234. If devs dont want to share proper information, then be improper, e. g. 2193 to 2455, while the truth can be every where in this space. This information can be actualized once a season. Togehter wit a cool text like "our analysts think the club sizes of all clubs in this league is between xx and yy".

2nd: Clarify the Level of satisfaction with fulfillment expectations to 4 sub information:
- quite happy supporters
- mainly neutral supporters
- quite unhappy supporters
- supporters close to leave this season
Each in absolute numbers, e. g. 116, 1228, 234, 85.
In my case 85 (supporters close to leave) should be approximately the ammount of supporters which will leave, when the Level of satisfaction with fulfillment expectations does not change untill the end of the running season.

Suggestion
As this is just an information feature, I recommend it as low priority. On other hand it helps understanding without sharing secrets. It may help improve the mood of some (or more) managers.

Be welcome to share your opinion :o)

I see I've made you wonder about this. However, your hypothesis is wrong because the fan mood stand 2 places below the level of satisfaction with fulfilment expectations.
In my case, the mood stands at 32% while the SFE (Satisfaction Fulfillment Expectations) stands at 9%.

Imo, the SFE represents the level of satisfaction with the fans, which they have by your team fulfilling the fans expectations.
So the fans have their expectations of the club and the more you're fulfilling them, the better this percentage should be. But the problem imo is that this number is not calculated on the short term but only on the long term.
If this is the case then I recon the name of this feature is wrong and should be changed in fans seasonal expectation fulfillment which should always be reset to 50% at the start of the new season and then adjusted, based on how much you're fulfilling their expectations along the way. If this feature starts from the bottom if your previous season was a total failure, then what is the point of this feature?
Because while the previous season could be a total failure, it will not mean that your current season is a total failure if you prove your fans your team is on it's way to promotion again. They expect your team to promote and standing shared first place and still in the cup in the quarter finals, how can that be a total failure? Cause 9% does not represent being on the road to fulfill the expectations of the fans.

I'd like a dev to give a clear explanation to what these features actually mean, cause what's the point of having stats if no one understands what they mean or do?
