iirc, Geston was once NT coach of Portugal or its u21 team and he noticed that the association forum does not exist back then
so he asked dev to create it and it has been created, but apparently needs something more than the creation only
I might be remembering it wrongly, but I think that's the reason more or less

For the association, yes. But the association forum doesn't work.
Did you not have a forum button access by those link?
There is in some other lands like France or Schweitz, for the only NT-Coach (as you) as i saw (for France) or i see (For Schweitz) as NT-Coach i was (or i am).
Those both forums are activ and opened as I can currently see.

The link you sent me takes me directly to the video page I posted. There's a Forum button, but clicking it takes me to a blank (or in this case, blue) page.

I am now member of that federation for test purposes and I see the forum is at least weird ("weird" only, because I dont know how it looks like for other federation where it supposedly works properly)

You can't publicly question the decisions of moderators or administrators, much less try to lecture them on how to moderate. For that, you must use the appropriate channels according to the rules.
kriminator is honestly trying to help solve the problem. However, the moderation rules must be followed in all cases, so the thread remains open, but the expressions in the first post are still unacceptable.
