im not sure if this idea is on the list:

Transfer agent>
you use the same form you choose when searching the transfer list. Instead of search you click Agent.

then in you office (phone icon) you have a section, where the 5 players closest to deadline on the market matching your criteria are displayed.

Why?
Sometimes you look for a specific player and you dont want to set up you fileter all the time just to see who is on...

what would be good is too search transfer market by cumulative numbers (ie select what skills you want, and how many points they must add up too, with ragic becing 0 and working their way up) and searching by NT status

And about NT stadia, no link..

..Irrespective of what country you come from it does look a bit odd seeing your team playing international fixtures in a tiny little stadium. So, over the course of a season start counting an NT home win as 100 seats, and an NT away win as 50 seats. Increase the stadium at the end of the season by the total. Repeat next season.

After a few seasons the stadia of all nations will reflect their standings in the world of Sokker.
