Maqoma told me that the reason Griever is the poster boy this election is because he is inherently sexier.

I perceived there to be a huge lack of communication pre-match which was admittedly set up to a very high standard in the Seca era. I would love to see this in your next tenure (if you win of course), would you be able to do it?

Also i havent been exactly quiet on my criticisms on some of the placings in the tactics you've used, especially throw ins which is a huge flaw, will you be willing to improve in this area, take notes and other advice aboard? (Honest as possible there please.)

yes throw ins will improve. communication pre match would be nice also but maybe there should be undertaken some actions to make the NZ community more "alive" because at the moment there are only 3 or 4 people who i see are posting sometimes on this forum..

Of course i will take advice, but i will not take anymore to be broken down till the ground if tactic is bad at some points, if you have something on your mind you can always send pm.

I think tactical errors should be discussed here not PM.
And I agree with the pre match summary's or the lack of from you guys. How can the forum get going if we have nothing to talk over?
Also it would be nice if managers were notified if they have players that are going to be used in upcoming NT matches.

I think there are some candidates running this season that I feel might put a bit more effort in if elected.

Would you guys be willing to organize yourselves better so that these things could be implemented into your jobs if elected again?

Unfortunately Seca is an amazing manager, with probably a little too much time for sokker :P

But either way, it is hard for any NT manager to keep up with him amount of activity in both communication and research.

I do see everyone's point, but you have to remember, he really is an outstanding exception

seca was a blessing for new zealand. however, i will do my best to improve communication.

to al thore: yes tactical errors can be discussed on the forum also, but on a friendly manner and break down people for whole the community is not neccesary. i still have feelings :'(
