I'm not exactly sure what you said there, but I take it to mean "has to belong".

In which case, that's fine. You are free to vote for whoever you choose in your country. If you want somebody from another country to be coach, it's your decision.

It's quite clear what a intended...I used wrong word because my English is not so perfect as yours..
However i completely agree with you when you say

I've not big chances in running for New Zealand NT, however i wanna explain that I didn't present my candidature for personal advantages (Can you say me what size of advantages the NT coach brings???) but for help NZ to increase his strongness.
