Subject: U21 Friendly

Hi even though the U21 elections are still on going I would like to propose to whoever your new manager is for the U21s a wee cheeky friendly against Scotland. I am hopeful that i shall be the new U21 manager (tho its still to be confirmed) and i would like to play our first U21 friendly against your good selves.
