Your defenders must attack the strikers of the opponent earlier. You will get more chances then and less goals against You (the other defenders can help when the 1ste defender failed).

My dfeenders just sit and wait there... sooo this must mean.. I have to position of defenders one box above??

At that opponent, it can be a solution.You can also put the defender, who's closely to the ball, 1 or 2 step(s) closer to the ball ... so he will run to the ball and the others will run back.

wow i just saw AC Cikini's last match... one of their players had a conflicting night, he scored a hattrick, yes, but also got a red card and a long injury :/ bugger huh
