i screwed up my knee the last time the AB's lost, with the aid of speights. Thats pretty unfortunate Seca, reminds me of family guy a little =p

i jammed my hand in a door once,it swelled up and got infected,and they had to cut it up,ah yes family guy,

these hols have been crap for me. The night before the hols began I fractured my leg and been on crutches ever since.

Rock Bottom at the moment. My #1 striker is also injured which is making life difficult. Another chance mid-week to redeem myself again for the last result. Just wish i could get some luck!!
