Subject: [NT U21]Mourinho

Hello! I'm 24 years old and I'm a well known manager of sokker. I have two scouts from my country too, they are 24 years too. We make a team to take the reins of the NT U21 New Zealand.

STAFF:

- Mourinho. NT coach. He will do the tactics and look for new players.
- A_wenger. Scout
- Condumio. Scout

The scouts will be help me with the U21 players.

I think the 83th place is very bad for your country, you have very much better players. I know to do great tactics because the best managers in spain have teached me on it. Now I have a very young team with very much future... I hope win the Spain League one time. So these are my targets for your NT U21:

TARGETS

-We will stay at possition rank 70th or less ending the season
-We will do a great qualification, I don't know how looks like your players but I think we can win some match at least

These are my considerations because of the current ranking. I cant say more without see the players.

My experience with young players is proved, I'm on third division of Spain, not a weak League. My average age is 21,5 years this season, and after i had more young players. Next season will be my third season in III division. To have a young team allows me to know very much about tactics with players with low stamina, low pace, or other skill they can have very bad.

I had 40 votes in my last elections for Spain U21, the winner won with 52 votes.

My scouts are my friends and they will do a great job.

What will we do if i'll win?

-we will do a list with the New Zealand best young players;
-I'll explain my approach to my tactic few minutes after the match depends of the opponent;
-we are going to look at New Zealand players on tl all the time, and post it in a New thread on the forum NT New Zealand

The NTs used to be quite popular, back in the day when the likes of Seca and Maqoma managed the team. That was when Barhilo, deathstrike, unbelievers et al were still around though. These days there are very few users that post, and those that do would almost certainly be the only ones that follow the team to any degree. Personally, I don't watch the matches live anymore, and don't check the results that often.

:_ We want to change this situation, we can few users but we can make high noise !!

I recommended you to vote for Mourinho, he is known for all the spanish managers and several from sokker International. He has helped to everybody who was a newbie in the game to improve.

He is very good in tactics, you can see in his matches, he can play with 3-4-5 defenses.... 2-3-4-5 midfielders... 1-2 attackers...he is very complete.

I know that he is very motivated , you can see too his transfers to check that he is a very very good with the players.

I was the tactic of SPain the season that Spain was in the Aboslute final and sub-21 final, and Mourinho helped us:)

I dont answer anymore because I was the only valuator... I ended up bored. I like to hear other oppinions too, don't matter if other valuations could be wrong... Maybe one time if the forum will be more active I will return ^^ I tried to do this thing long time but i failed :_

Tactics..

I can't be bothered looking. Mourinho, if elected, can you give an insight into the tactics you would employ?

I will explain my tactical plan every match. I will tell about defender line possition, to use one or two MID-DEFs and why... to use winger or not. But I will se if i could be elected what young players have NZ NT and I will see what tactics I can use

And you can ask me all you see at the match that you have to say. I hope to use some different tactics. Maybe they will defensive, because we should be less potential than others NT
