Hello,

I'm David. I'm 18 years old [on December 19]. I'm playing in sokker since 2006-07-15 , I think so that I've got the biggest expirience amongst all candidates because because I have played longer than they have.

I've been playing in IV league in Poland. I consider that it's very nice performance.

My statistics of last season:

As you can see I'm the 7th here but but on the final tabel I took the 4th position. I won with all teams with the exception KS Leszno. I think so that it's fantastic succes, in second round I gained 18 on 21 points !

My trophies:

- Twice I won leagues and twice I got promotions.

- 5 times--> one in VI leaguse, four in V league.

- once in V league.


World Cup Qualification:

You're on 83rd position in ranking, it's so bad and your team is better than this position. You've got potential to be higher in ranking, we can do that when we win matches, we can do that !

In u21 qualification you'll be in 4th brazier, it's isn't good but if we'll draw teams like Azerbaijan (1st brazier), Philippines (3rd brazier) we can qualify to World Cup, first u21 World Cup in sokker history !

Database

I'm not good informatic and can't creat some program but I want to have few scouts- I think so that four scouts should can do all what I need. I'll be delighted if some users with NZ become one, you sholud know your player very well and the people from your country, it's necessary to work properly.

Sokker promotion in New Zealand

I consider that it's something what you need, oh no, what I say, it's necessary for evolution National Team NZ. You've got only 19 users, I would like to NZ have 25-30 users in next 3 months, it can be hard, I know it but if we don't try we don't to find out.

To do that I'll need at least one user from NZ, I think so that it can be Icon, I saw it in last half of the season that he is the most activ user on NZ forums. (Icon if you want that I cancel this I do that, but you're maybe only one user who can do that)

Tactics&Players

I prefer four tactics: 442, 451, 532, 541 . These tactics are optimal but you don't have a lot of mids thats why I prefer 532 and it's good idea. (a lot of good managers consider that it's the best tactic)

Your players have potential to bo very good players only they must be trained all time, for example strikers must have training of the striker, technique and pace that's why if any players will be trained badly I'll try to persuade his owner to sell him and I'll try to find some good user who can train him the way he needs. I consider that all the time can't play only the best players, certainly in WC Qualification the must play but in friendly matches sometimes we can try other players.


I think so that it's everything what you need to know but if you have some question I obviously answer.

hmm, I don't think so, you play since 2005-01-18, it's long time, you've got a lot of expirience and probably you're better than me but I belief in my ability...

Would you presume an elderly man is wise based on his age?

Yes, if you play long time you've got more knowledge than users who play a little time. It's necessary to do good tactics, if you play in low league like for example Polsih VI league you can't do good tactics, I played there and I know what here is.

You say you prefer four tactics. Is it best to base tactics on personal preference or to the players' advantages? On one hand, you have a tactic you know and can adapt easily, whereas players might not fit perfectly into those plans.

Your tactics for your own team seem a little stale, as in you have used the same one for the last few weeks. Is this something you plan to do for the U21's as well? The current manager has had issues with that (i.e. apparently unable to generate a new tactic).

I consider that all teams can play this tactics, you hasn't got a lot mids that's why you must play only 3 mids, probably center mids or meybe 2 centers and winger if you have that player. You can try to play 4 mids too when you give one def on def mid.

yes, I use one tactic in lat 3 matches, why I should change it if I won matches with this tactic and I haven;t got a lot of players that's why I must play 3 mids and I hasn't got many possibility.

In NT I would like to play always others tactics because team skills are changed, we can't play with Belgium the same like with Ukraine for example.

I've got many ideas and my results show it I think so...
