I agree, the squad is getting weaker every season. We just don't have the same quality of youths coming from the schools anymore!

It's ever since they changed the junior school set up. My youth lose skill before anyone gains it

i saw users with many young and promising players but they don`t receive training at all
if they don`t fit your training it`s better to sell them, don`t let them die like this

The lower quality players, which NZ U21 would need as there are not enough of the higher quality ones, are more likely to be end up wasted when sold. Only high quality juniors tend to be more or less guaranteed to be trained properly.

i spoke with some users that have some decent 17-18 yo NZ players and they assured me they will be trained properly but i`m afraid this isn`t enough.i think this country will have once more a good representative after 2-3 more seasons when the youth will grow
