Subject: »[U21] [NT] Matches
Well, I'm thinking about that. But why is he running for that job and does not make it? Only two matches and both lost by WO. I'm afraid this were the last matches for a long time. To bad for the guys that train the U21-players.
Considering the players leaving my youth school the past seasons I'm also quite surprised to still see six of them in the current U21-team.
Probably someone does not know that there is no training for the team that is responsible for the WO-defeat.
you need to set up a tactic in order not to lose all the games 5-0...the players need vital training and the rankings must improve
I did so a few weeks ago. It's just sad to have with Hyslop a nice U21 player who doesn't get any additional training because of your faults. I still wonder why you took over the NZ U21.
Hey all, for any of you keeper trainers out there, musin is now up for sale, its unfair to keep him behind as I train mids
during the last 3-4 matches the team became more competitive even if I select to play with more and more u20 players.
I only keep Winston Axis for 90 minutes in order to have a full percentage of extra training since he is the best 21yo we have.
last week and this week too we played with 2 21yo. I am trying to have as many u20 players as I can because next season we will have world cup qualification matches and I want to be as ready as I can.
some of the players that are used can make a difference only if they are trained well.
and here is where I need help from nz managers. I strongly believe that if we manage to organize things then we will have quality players in all zones and not only in mid zone- as it is now.
can everybody write down a training plan that he wishes to follow in order everything to get more organized ? I need your help. u21 and nt needs you.
according to my opinion the best plan is to have separate plans from different managers for players. somebody should train mid. other manager should train def. other manager should train att.
we may be a small community but we definately could be a strong community.
can I hear your proposals here or by sk-mail ?

i am searching for decent midfielders, but i haven`t seen one on transfer list for a while now...i have some money in my account, and i am willing to train anything it needs to help the u21 team...if you know someone who is willing to sell, just let me know
Well, I'm training mids as well...that's why I sold Woodhams and Kauffeld.
But at the moment I don't have any interesting player for the next qualifiers anyway.
