most of the matches will be u20 and some of them will be x u21 + y u20.
due to lack of players I will try to have as many u20 players as I can but its not easy for all matches.
you see there is absolutely no contact and no participation from nz managers. they just dont care.
I have no info from them about any new youth. I have no info from them about any pop. I have no info from them about their training plans. I have no info from them about anything. they dont care and I dont care for them too. I will use their players as well as I can and the way I feel is better and for all the rest I just dont care.
go nz managers. keep ignoring the national teams.

since you noticed this let me notice the following :
- I dont know your training plan.
- I dont know the updated skills of Inwood, Lanev because you didnt show any interest on sending me their skills.
- I dont know why you didnt listen to me when I told you that Inwood needs pace and you did your own plan.
- I dont know the skills of any of your youth pulls because you probably thought is not necessary.
- I dont know why nobody participates in any forum.

thank you for pointing me this link out . I can see though that there are youth pulls that I have never seen them at that link. since we have few players :
1) all youth players should be at that link and not some of them.
2) nz national teams managers should be informed for every pop-up in any of the skills.

Sorry you feel this way but some of us are a bit preoccupied with life outside this game so we cant be as active as we would like to be, plus sokker is not as good as it was say 5 years ago, we are lucky there are any managers in this country
its really amazing what we did today. we had an agreement for playing u20 but obviously china's manager is a cheater and he used only 21yo players. I expected that since last days he had no new u20 players in his team.
first of all I sent him a skmail saying he is cheater and I posted this comment in international too.
but lets concentrate on the match. I selected a 4-5-1 formation in order to have a more defensive line but by having also 2 midfielders -one to the right and one to the left- to make passes to the one and only attacker.
the result was very lucky indeed as we had 3 shoots and 2 goals and china had 11 shoots including 1 lost penalty.
Today there was a debut appearance for 3 players ( Dilistone, Kaufeld, Dorey ) . The only player from them that is suitable for the moment is Kaufeld but Dorey is a real prospect if trained well.
If only we had better defenders.. Every week I am trying to find out the most suitable defenders in order to have the minimum goals received. Yet all defenders are weak but this is the way the things are and I have to find a way to perform the best we can in all zones.
The thing that we should not forget today is that that number 77 in ranking succeeded in having a great performance and getting an excellent result against number 39 in ranking.

the match was not easy at all and I think that the most fair score could be something like 2-5.
apart from our goal we had 3 more opportunities ( 2 shoots from Harrison and 1 from Petherick )
apart from russia's goals they had 7-8 more opportunities.
what I wished at the today's match is to have another player as defensive midfielder so he can block many passes towards russian attackers who were getting the ball extremely low but due to their pace and obviously their technique they were inside our area quickly enough.
Our gk Lewis is in my team and I now train his pace. Russia's two goals came because Lewis is not as fast as I wanted to be. this is something that I also face in my team with Lewis. he can catch many shoots from attackers but when pace is interfered in his performance then most of the times there is no good result. of course he is only 19 and he is for the moment the best gk we have.
Petherick has low stamina and thats why I dont have him for 90 minutes.
Today we had a debut for 3 players ( Inwood - Hyslop - McClennan ) . if only we had 5 subs. or even 6.
what I see is that around 50-60 most of our players and especially midfielders are like they have no breath.
but that the way it is here.
I do and I will do my best with the current players. I have no complaint about the skills of the players as I knew from the beginning what I have.
although managers become fewer and so new youths are fewer I have the hope that we can climb up to 65 in the total ranking. the difficult thing though is to stay there.
I think that with good communication and cooperation everything is achievable.
ps: is there any way that new nz managers can join the game? we really want more competition and more managers in order some time in the future the nt coaches to be able to find players that really worth playing. if there is any way at all please do it.

today we had an awful performance. although the score was 1-1 versus a team that is in 67 position in ranking and this should be considered a success I think that most of our players didnt play according to their skills.
I think there are 2 reasons for this :
1) Awful tactics from me. It was a right decision to play with a winger but all the other formation was a complete mess. All players had long distance from each other and this did cost us. Malaysia's manager played with the same formation as always so I should had found another way to break the 2 zones of defending. There were times that 9 players were below the ball and in general I should select to have better midfielder performance.
2) Low forms. Many players dont have the required form in order to perform better.
the only thing that I keep is that at least we didnt lose and that Weddle made a decent debut despite his form.
I think we should have won today because Malaysia's manager chose extremely young players and they didnt have high form as well.
so. sorry for today's performance.

we had agreed to play u21 today but I didnt want too many 21yo in our team today. besides we dont have too many players that could really help on my plans.
everything went normal. we had 1-2 really good chances to score once more but I believe that 1-1 is a fair score.
I continue to my plan by testing as many players as I can in order to check their performance and see how anyone can help the team next season. today was chadwick's and lanev's time for debut. both were good enough if we all think that they are both 18yo.

Great result today. Congrats! You're doing an excellent job. I know very well how difficult it is to field an adequate (perhaps the best) team. So I really hope you will continue the job.
Dont worry, i have an outstanding {or much better} player coming in 10 weeks! hopefully he will be the messi you seek

all the last weeks australia'a manager has hassan as right wingback and this is why I had Hird there. he was really amazing including kauffeld and heath causing many problems to the opponent team.
unluckily hird got a red card. in the next minute we received a goal and australia could steal the win if their penalty was on target. luckily Lewis who is in my team blocked the penalty and the final score was 1-1.
my main goal is to reach 60-65 at the end of next season ( if I am still nz manager ).
