Thanks for the good thoughts man, it certainly was a massive earthquake, biggest for a long time!

im very very dissapointed and sad that we lost yesterday.
unfortunately we have very few chances to qualify to next world cup and we have to wait colombia not win and also netherlands to lose. these might be possible results but we had the luck in our hands but we could not win or even draw.

im very sad because all these players were well prepared since they were 17-18. the very good thing is that we have plenty of good players for next generation. there are a lot of players that are 19yo that really worth a lot.
im so sorry I disapponted all of you.
if we wont qualify this will be my last season on u21 new zealand except there is no other that is interested in taking responsibility to continue the work done so far.

I will do my best in the last match and then I can only hope for results that will qualify us.

Everything is possible:
New Zealand U21 - Belarus U21 should be a win for you
Lietuva U21 - Colombia U21 a draw is possible
Bosna i Hercegovin... - Nederland U21 probably a win for Bosnia.

In case I'm right, you're qualified. I keep my fingers crossed for you.

we did what we should do and now the only thing is just wait.
in case we wont qualify I will have for the rest of the season players that are under 19 in order the next coach to get them with as many extra trainings as its possible.

Well done, only 1 point behind the second place...you only lost 1 game considering the defenders and strikers you had, wich is great, not a lot of teams managed that
You should continue your job though, try another season, try to bring the team in the 3`rd pot, you started from the 5`th pot and you finished in front of teams like Columbia and Lithuania, and as a matter of fact, this group was by far the toughest one, 5 teams with mark over 50, 3 of them 55 and over, you can do a better job if you start from a different pot
Pretty much the reason you should be playing your best players, 20+21 yo, you can make a lot of points and grow in rankings

today's result seems to be a success given the fact that I selected plenty of u19 players and also players that have low form.
the main goal is to prepare most players for next qualification matches. I can clearly tell you that there are many useful players.

1. the only young promising gk -> piccard got injured for 30 days. 4 letters.1st letter F.
2. awful performance by our attackers who could not pass from the defence line
3. nice overall performance from our young players. I try to give extra trainings to many of them because in the near future we will need to have them ready.
4. debut for Justin Kauffeld and Luke Hawkey. both of them are very talented and for sure will be key players for the future.
5. I have not set for candidate as I said.
6. next week will be my last match. thank you all.
7. try to train your players harder and buy better coaches. lets have a plan together. there are plenty of talented youth pulls.

We win our first game against Costa Rica with the result of 3-1. Before the game, two players played bet on our match and both of them play their bets for Costa Rica but we just win with much better game. It's nice to win my first match with New Zealand U21.

First of all I am totally satisfied of our players' game. We have really good potantial future NT stars. But we have still a big problem on GK. We have just 1 gk for next season and he is not even best. Also looks like we could have problem on ATT. We have really strong MID on 20 ages and it courages me.

I pray one of you guys could pick a good GK from youth this season. I'm still looking around for new players for U21. It would be good if you guys can update and add players to NTDB once for month.

i have an incredible keeper coming this week, hopefully he is not formidable in striker or something silly
