Well, I'm very happy about the match today. I played with a new tactic, with 5 defenders, when our best 2 defenders can't play:

Jared Holah (injury)
Glenn Stanton (red card)

Specially I'm happy with the work today with Doug Masson and Rob Brown they have shown I can count with them for the hardest matches if I need it.

I have proved too another striker, Ali Saunders , and he left good sensations.

Good mach for my preparation for the mini WC and it begins next match against Azərbaycan U21, the match finally we can't play against this team last season will be played next friday.

I have reserved him for the mini WC, because I don't like the absences. I have played with close the B-team on the defenders and the DEF-MID. I thought I could lose... but Chuck Root have a great match and Louis Souter have played as he know :) maybe he had bad luck this match with his success, but the other player had an awesome keeper:

Well done guys. Although the stats suggest we had the better of the match, I think your victory was well deserved. Our keeper is super, but our defenders are perhaps a weak point and Souter had their measure.

We had too many shots straight at your keeper, hit the woodwork once, but your boys had a couple of good scoring chances too.

Heh, that would be interesting. We're in a tough group though with Bulgaria and Peru in our way. Qualifying won't be easy.

This is the hardest group, peru and bulgaria have very nice players, it would be very hard :S

What are your plans for Louis? He is my favourite U21 player.. hope he goes on to make the NT team and dominate the world :P

Hard training intil he was accepted in U21 NT Then i had a discussion with Mourinho and i decidit a strict training plan for him , for the next 2-3 seasons I hope he will be good for NT

@duhukamikaze: you're on the correct way, but strikers on New Zealand are very strong but there are other thinks like experience, form, and your player could have the strongest skills why don't. The future will say if your player is the best or not :) but surely will be on the NT

Azerbaijan tonight, they have a lot more users than us (364)! Not a particularly rich country, but through my eyes we judge not on their GDP per capita, but their military! Very impressive, superior to New Zealand's, but most of their aircraft are Russian, what a surprise ;)

Wondering if Mourinho is expecting to win this match, not sure if he will be online before it starts..

I am online ever when I can, so I'm here :D for me is 9:30 AM just a good thing for begin the day, moreover if we win!

Wouwh fantastic match by our kiwis, the keeper had an amazing saves in the first minutes and our strikers have shown that they don't care about the rival goalkeeper (Kənan Əhmədov).

The defender line and midfielders had a nice day again, I don't remember when are the date they have played bad, the only bad new is the red card for Trevor Allinson who can't play the next match, but not a problem we had a very good team.

The best of the math for me was Tama Kightley , he seemed like messi in some game sets and he had a lot of guilt about the final result.

Next match will be against Pilipinas U21 and we are expected to continue with the winning streak that we are in (7 victories)
