Because of a bizarre background and a survivalist instinct of avoiding the humongous Aussie governmental boot trying to kick me into the ocean i need to so @something@ in New Zealand and then comeback.

But, am i going to NZ and immediately coming back, with no photo with no hobbit???? NEVAH!


Im flying in seven days, because swimming takes time. Ill be in Christchurch (?) South Island. i only know they have a decent rugby team, (unless those pesky Brumbies ) and after @something@ i have 7 days to see the place, going sking, and learn more silly jokes about LOTR if they haven't deported me by then.

What to do? Where to go? Anyone lives there? Where is UNITEC? Do they accept australian coins? I mean, is the same, isnt? :P

I only know one word "Jafa". So thank you in advance! :P

I knooow this is freestyle but pleeeeaaase that forum is a haunted one, not to talk of this one. Have mercy! :P

UNITEC.. University of Technology? I'm pretty sure it's in Auckland. I've seen a few Aussie 10c pieces floating around in my time. They're generally accepted, although we have changed our coins in the last few years so maybe that's not the case anymore. As for any other form of money, I doubt it. Get it exchanged? ;)

Are you only going to be in Christchurch? Bball and Barhilo live there.. I used to as well, but not anymore. Where to go/what to do.. well, it's winter, so skiing is obvious, althought the mountains might not be open yet!

Nice place is Christchurch. Had good memories the few days I was there. Enjoy your time over there.

Yep, but only the first weekend. (Next one already ) Then i have an entire week for myself. Dont know if trekking throughout the entire island or going to Wellington-Auckland :)

Milford Sound/Fiordland is a great place to go if you're going a bit further south. Check Google Images. Never been there myself but hope to some day.

Yeah well it's great scenery wise. The question is whether you can put up with insect bites that blow up all over you or not. I know I didn't particularly fancy being eaten every 2-3 seconds ;).

Ah, but obviously you came at the wrong time! There won't be any now.. far too cold! :D

I did an alpine crossing of Mt Rongariro in the central North Island in April. There was snow towards the top, and the wind was freezing! Great fun though.

Im going for an exam. However, its still unclear if i have to remain for the results or not. I have my return ticket for 7 days after but if something i have the possibility of moving it for 10 days more. So Scenario 1, i have 7 days to roam in Christchurch and South Island. Scenario 2, i make a full leather jacket tour though the entire kiwiland. Ill know after the first weekend there.

The only must do until know is going to the alps, but i have no idea of where exactly or what in special :>>

I lived in Christchurch for four years and really can't think of a lot that a tourist could do. Queenstown is where it's at, but very expensive :P

Queenstown is well worth going to :). Wanaka ain't too bad for a quick stop over either.

1- Is not THAT cold (As told and expected)
2-The river destroys the city organisation , jajaja
3- I fell in love with the girl of CPIT general inquiries reception. Would telling her that im an admin in a internet footie game impress her enough to have coffee with me? (Worth a shot...)
4- The bridge or remembrance has to be the only one in the world with the arch longer than the bridge itself :P
5- (Girlie speak) OMG I LOVE THE TRAM, SO CUTE!!! I want to take it home! :P

the tram was awesome!!!!!!!!!!! I fell in love with it at first sight......And i went around about 6 times.....in one day!!!!!!!
