I have made heaps of "small" adjustments already and one of the coaches has been served the notice long time ago already, kept the cheaper coach and got rid of all the surplus players and if I'll survive I will replace them with youths with better skills in time. I also closed the youth school at present as I don't think I could afford it at present after my initial spending spree...lol.
Let's see if I can defy fate and survive with this team. Only time will tell...
