That is the current squad of the NT team. Have a look and if anyone of your players are in there please send a PM to me with their skills. Please do this asap.

I will kick the players out if I dont receive their skills in 1 week. After 4 days I'll send a personal message to teams that Havent sent their players stats to me. Foreigners who own one of the players will be sent a message immediately.

IF any of you think that you have another player who is able to candidate for the NT team please message me. I tell you first, I will briefly scout through your players and I might miss a good talent... so SEnd their stats to me please.

Okay guys.. I meant what I said. I dont care whether your players are good or not. If I dont receive their stats I will not include them in the NT team. Sounds tough but we really have to BE more SERious about our NT team. WE have the quality!

PS: If you have a player you think is good enough to make the NT team. PLease do send his stats to me too.

Now I've released 5 players from the NT team which brings our NT squad from 22 to 17.

Did You send a email to every manager with a New Zealand NT player? I think that the best thing is to make some requirements for the NT first. You can also post that requirements at the National forums.

Nah requirements are too tough. No one ever reads the forums. and some of the requirements wont meet some of our players even though they are good. Tough to say, my choice of players differ to other people :)

haha well I could try to give a minimum requirement... Hopefully people will read.. hmmm

MID- at least EXCELLENT (higher the better) playmaking PLUS two side skills over GOOD. Dont worry about defending for Midfielders yet.

DEFENSIVE MID- at least SOLID Defending and SOLID playmaking plus side skills.

DEfENders- AT least OUTSTANDING with side skills also adequate playmaking, WOuld consider lower if side skills are very high.

ATTackers- VAries...preferably a oustanding strking one and above. Technique and Pace has to be at least SOLID. But if you have like a excellent strking with like incredible pace. I wold be interested.

You should seriously reconsider your requirements, especially for midfielders.

Defenders: At least Outstanding defending with adequate pace or higher.

Passing is a side skill for me. and I'm NT coach of New Zealand. :) Peace!

Requirements still stands. No change. I wonder how many NZ midfielders have side skills better than good. I dont think many do. So far the mentality in New Zealand is that playmaking is important for midfielders. So If anyone can produce a verygood passer... do so.. I would like to see how many. I bet you My account that you will find at most 2 very good passers (MID) in NZ and they might be crap.
