hi! my name is Jacopo, and i'm 20!

I see several good chances for this team to reach excellent results!
but befere arriving to them this team needs hard work and a new organization:

TARGETS

- with the help of some Talent Scout, all the possible next national players will be monitored and searched!

- I'll work to improve and facilitate the visibility of the new youths with a effective method already used in Italy

- my staff and I will help you about how to train better your U-21's players and those who have the possibility to become members of it; but also the users who buoght the others national youths, in order to have more good young players and be competitive in all the matches
by the way, into my staff i want, if possible, also one or two willing national users !

- grow the national youngs is very important but win all the possible matches has the same importance;I want to continue the good work of the last U21's coach Mourinho, but with the intention of refreshing the game plans of this team, according to the new features of the new game motor, because before the skills of the players is the tactic that is important to win!
there isn't a perfect tactic, but every match i play i try to find the better one, studing the team i'll play against!
i'll try to take NZ U21 in the first 50 teams!

- i'll try to improve the participation to the forum(obviously in particular to that of the U21), with the introdution of a new space to speak about the matches, because only together we will have good results!
