Okat this is what i want

ANY Mids above 250k value

OR

ANY mids with verygood playmaking at least good technique or pace and passing

OR any MIds with ratings of 36 and above.

WE are desperate for an OM or a GOOD CM.

personally, my only good middies are from overseas :/

sigh.. this is NZ.. just count how many NZ user ever visit the forums.. I just thought maybe a last desperate attempt to get users to submit in their players.. I cant scout every single team

Why not, it would take you half an hour, maybe an hour, to go through all leagues and find the human-controlled teams. Make a list of them and then you can easily find them again next time.
It won't take you long to scout 30 teams for potential NT-players. When you find players you like (nice rating, value and age) mail the owner and put the player details in an excel sheet. That's the way all NT-managers work...

some of them dont even speak english.

I have scout every team.

16 div3 which is around 128 teams

4 div2 teams

and our premier.

I send e-mail to everyone I think has a good player. But Not many reply. Some dont even have a team.. they abondoned them.. some dont speak english..

That's all you can do really. If they don't reply your mails (have they read them? you can see that at the 'sent' messages), they surely won't respond to threads on the forum...

Yap I have sent a second message to some of them :( I put Capitals and !!!!!! and stuff.. It's a pity.. why wont the reply.. this stupid team..,

Even the Fiery Tigers superbot hasnt replied me yet.. I sent him too messages....I have to play with some players out of my instinct without looking at their skills.. There are about two players I have to do this...

Another thing to do is look through the transfer history of the older teams, with players that have gone outside of NZ. There are bound to be a few gems out there.

why don't you have assistant national team coaches? They can be scouts that help you look for new zealand players in and out of new zealand. They have to be dedicated though.

few are dedicated. Prolly have assistant coaches from other countries LOl It's okay. I've got the players I need.

From what I've gathered, this seems to be a problem in smaller countries more than the larger ones.

I've never had that sort of response for England.
