Hi all!

I'd like to announce my candidature for managing the NT in the forthcoming season.

I'm a 23y old and I'm italian. My team is called Atletico Cscs and I'm in love with Sokker since 2009.
Since I play Sokker I had to face with good opponents having squads better than me so I had to reduce the gap with tactic: experiment new moves, new positions.. new tactics. In this season I won my league but I lost the play-offs against a team stronger than mine, but I played fairly well and we were constantly in his midfield. We were a little bit unlucky.

I am currently a staff member of Philipinas U21 and I have the possibility to work with Barros, one of the best Coaches of the whole Italy, so I think I will be good enough to help New Zealand to improve!

I will do my best to win as many matches as I can. I could help all teams to improve their growth and to be a good tutor for younger teams. It will be very important to discuss the tactical variations for every qualification-match, so I'll build up a professional staff to study the new game-engine and change our tactics step by step. I am already working for having two scout, a tactician whereby talk about the opponents and a vice-CT. I hope that someone of your community will help us.

I don't have a preferred tactic, but I enjoy playing with a 4-3-2-1 that is a sort of 4-4-2, but I also tried the 4-5-1, the 4-3-3 and the 5-3-2 (when i was promoted to my current league, i also used the 5-4-1 against the strongest team).
In principle, I will firstly see the players, then I'll choose the tactic saturday by saturday.
