Hello,
I'm running for the national job because i enjoy it and i'm confident in my ability to be sucessful.I've been in this game for 4 years (since 2008)
tactics
My favourite tactic in club team is 5-3-2 but of course in NT I will use many tactics depending on our opponents.
target
The target this season has to be climbing the rankings. 40-45 place would be the target. But the most important target will be to stay in top 48. That means we will be in 4rd pot for World Cup qualifiers.
VOTE FOR ME !
If you have any questions ask me :)

spin has done a pretty impressive job. What can you do better than he has done do you feel?
Agree. Spin has to continue. Winning Australia in a match which was like the most important game for them in years is awesome.

I have more expirience than him. And this season is not so impressive I think. This 4rd place in the WC qualification group is the worst position for New Zealand since 2006... New Zealand's NT deserve more.
You can't base the NZ NT on the past. On that logic NZ should make the quarter finals of the WC. With a country the size of NZ, qualifying for the WC would be a major achievement, there just isn't the depth in the squad to cope with injuries and suspensions. If the cards all fall in the right place NZ can compete with any country though.
PS - this comes from someone with experience of the NZ NT!

Yes, you were NT Coach , I remember that.
If 4rd place is not bad, lets say its normal. Not impressive. And this is absolutely minimum. Nicaragua and Misr in this WCQ and Hong Kong and Ghana from previous are much weaker than NZ.

You know what man? When I decided to candidate some season ago, I thought the same thing. Then they told me that NZ is not in a good "shape" :(
So probably Spin made the best possible with that material! And, considering Spin's value and talking many times with him about tactics, he deserves to be re-elected...

Ok, please stop talking about spin in that thread. I don't want to write about him more, it's not correctly. :)
You are right! :)
What about your plans, your staff, your ideas to give new life to this NT?

If NZ vote for me I'll choose one or two of experienced NZ managers for my assistant coach. If they want of course. In other way I'll take AC from Bulgaria.
