Hi,
I'm Collunder, the proud owner of Corey Bodger, your U21-keeper for 22 matches. I watched a couple of matches and I'm a bit disappointet that there were some weeks without matches. Certainly I don't have any experience in coaching a NT-team but I play sokker since 2006 and failed very closely in becoming champion of the german second div. So tactical experience is a big plus.
Cheers from Germany!

Without any picture but as staff-member of NT Germany with great experience: Collunder.
If you have any question, just ask. Thanks!

It's really sad to see that the U21-team doesn't play every week. Especially because of the train it is very important to let the future NT-stars play. Means it is important not only for the U21 but for the NT.
In case I win the election, I try to play every week. Next season mainly with a U20-squad to have a competitive team for the WC-qualification. The big aim is to become qualified for the WC in two seasons.

Well I voted for you, if that helps..
Rather you than some wrestny Polish manager who pretends to be a Kiwi.

Hopefully that's not the ony reason. ;)
But thanks! :-)
But thanks! :-)

well, New Zeland could reach the qualify in WC in like 6 (3 WC) seasons with a good coach and more users in the community.
Be serious ^_^

it pretty hard, but not impossible :)
for this , you need at least 8-10 more than decent pulls in a season, 2 per team

Of course it's hard but what aim should I have? To win two matches during the qualification against Ghana? No, that's not my aim. Ghana is to strong for New Zealand. ;)
Thanks a lot! 2 votes at the end. Not that bad. ;)
I've already done something:
Here are the matches of our U21-team:
Week 01 - 10/5/13 --> Portugal U21
Week 02 - 17/5/13 --> Bosna i Hercegovina U21
Week 03 - 24/5/13 --> Colombia U20
Week 04 - 31/5/13 --> Australia U21
Week 05 - 07/6/13 --> Crna Gora U21
Week 06 - 14/6/13 --> Pilipinas U21
Week 07 - 21/6/13 --> Ecuador U20
Week 08 - 28/6/13 --> Danmark U20
Week 09 - 05/7/13 --> Lietuva U21
Week 10 - 12/7/13 --> India U20
Week 11 - 19/7/13 --> Indonesia U21
Week 12 - 26/7/13 --> Cymru U21
Week 13 - 02/8/13 --> Eesti U20
Week 14 - 09/8/13 --> Sweden U20
Week 15 - 16/8/13 --> Slovenia U21
Week 00 - 23/8/13 --> Hungary U21
Week 01 - 30/8/13 --> England U21
Certainly Japan and Australia fixed other matches. No problem, we now have matches against Eesti, which will be a great challenge and Lietuva (also not that bad) and a match against Vietnam (same strength I suppose). There are a couple of very interesting matches and as I said there are a lot of U20-matches.
Update: The match against Vietnam is cancelled. We now play a U21-match against Australia!

I'm running again for the coach of NZ U21.
The last season was really instructive for me. I've done a lot of mistakes and I found out a lot. Especially the strength of the team is something I now can deal with.
As promised we had a lot of U20-matches: our first against Colombia was cheated of Colombia who played their U21 team. But the performance was nevertheless good. Our second against Equador was okay too. It was our second draw of the season (Bosnia was the first). Then we had the match against Danmark who were stronger then us. With competitive strikers and some more fortune we could have gained a draw again. So it was 0-2. Much worse was the match against India. We should definitely have won that match. We had the better team, tons of shots on target but not one goal. One week later we had the fortune against Indonesia and gained a deserved win - our first during this season so far. The next two matches were the weakest of me. Estonia had a much stronger team but we shouldn't have lost by eight goals. Against Sweden who have similar strength we could have played better.
The U21-matches were not that strong. One draw, one victory - just like the U20-team. But one has to be fair: the oponnents of the U21 team were much stronger. Against Portugal we had nearly no chance. Same against Australia and Crna Gora. Against the Philipins we could have won because we had the chances. Certainly no goal for us and a 0-1 defeat. The last U21-match was our victory against Wales.
As I wrote before I now know the strength of the upcoming U21 team. Nor I don't expect to get qualified for the world championship and neither I promise something like that. But at least I will try to get as many points as possible.
Have a nice seasons break!

We're gonna play in group E. These are our opponents:
Suomi U21
Rossiya U21
Scotland U21
Bolivia U21
New Zealand U21
as-Saʻūdiyya U21
Not that easy, but it could have been worse.

Yep. Saudi Arabia should be easy to beat. Bolivia is much harder but also not impossible to beat. We'll see...
Sorry for the late statement; I was on holiday till thursday and had nearly no access to the www.
First of all thanks to all who voted for me. 100% for me seems to be a burden but I will manage this. :-)
The start in the world cup qualification was not bad. The first match against Saudi Arabia was really nice and we've got a deserved win. But Saudi Arabia is of course not the team we want to be compared with. Actually they have five users, so the number of competitive players is rather low.
The second match against Russia was a lucky one. Thanks to antasch, the owner of Curly Boyd, who gave me the advice to play with a low defense! Russia had some problems with their strikers, both strikers are injured and the third and fourth one were not that strong to break though our defense. And again: luckily we managed to score somehow and the draw is a bit more than we could have expect. Finland will be a hard fight, they have a really strong team and I've seen them on the first place before the qualification round started. I'm sure they will be much stronger than they were against Russia in the first match. Scotland and Bolivia are the teams we have to beat but this will be hard enough.
I'm glad we now have a good midfield. Against Russia they showed a strong performance and also against Hungary in the testmatch two weeks ago. The strikers are the same like last season so they are a bit stronger now. Same with the defense, it's nearly (expect Cowan) the same like last season. Kingi is definitely our first keeper but I'm glad we have Knowles who develops very well.
Here's the schedule for this season.
As I wrote somewhere before I tried to get some teams from the second half of the ranking and expect the match against England which was fixed in the beginning of the last season and the match against Germany which will be a match for the winners of the german prediction game so we will face a weaker german team (actually numer 2 of the world!) than they usually have we have now some weaker opponents. This season we will have our first U19 match so far. So here's the schedule (week 0 will be filled asap):
Week 00 - 23/08/13 --> Hungary U21 1:4
Week 01 - 30/08/13 --> WCQ as-Saʻūdiyya U21 5:0
Week 02 - 06/09/13 --> WCQ Rossiya U21 1:1
Week 03 - 13/09/13 --> England U20
Week 04 - 20/09/13 --> WCQ Suomi U21
Week 05 - 27/09/13 --> WCQ Scotland U21
Week 06 - 04/10/13 --> WCQ Bolivia U21
Week 07 - 11/10/13 --> O‘zbekiston U19
Week 08 - 18/10/13 --> WCQ Bolivia U21
Week 09 - 25/10/13 --> WCQ Scotland U21
Week 10 - 01/11/13 --> WCQ Suomi U21
Week 11 - 08/11/13 --> O‘zbekiston U20/21
Week 12 - 15/11/13 --> WCQ Rossiya U21
Week 13 - 22/11/13 --> WCQ as-Saʻūdiyya U21
Week 14 - 29/11/13 --> Prathet Thai U20
Week 15 - 06/12/13 --> Germany U21
Week 00 - 13/12/13 --> free
Week 01 - 20/12/13 --> Nippon U21
