Hello everyone
I would like to offer my services to be youre National team manager.
Here are som matches where i helped Spin with my tactcis to win, as i am asistant manager :

I will start with some info about me:
My name is Mihai Cristian, i'm from Romania, i'm 23 yr and i work as account manager. I have enough free time to run the NT.
What recomandes me ?
Experience in the game:
I'm playing sokker since 2008. In this time i have promote in 2'nd Romania's division where my hight classification was 2'nd place. . Now my team is in re-building and i have a lot of free time :)
In Romania's cup i manage to rich best 16 teams in round 9. (see also in team history)
My experience in NT: scouter for Romania U21 and manager assistant for New Zealand.
Why New Zealand ?
I am Spin's tactical advisor since he wast elected here first time. I kindda got attached with the players and this NT.
What's my goal?
To qualify New Zealand at WC next season. These season i want to win all friendly matches to progress in world rank. I also want to play U 25 and U 23 matches (to help young players to grow)
Connection with the community:
It's maybe the most important thing, the only way to have a successful NT is having a good and supporting community and keeping them involved in the NT.
All NT's had a small and warm community, i'm sure in your community it will be the same :) i accept critics as well ;-)
My way of play:
I don't have a favorite formation, for every game we will try to find the best way, style and formations, so i wont tell you:"we will play offensive!" or stuff like that, we will just try to win every match and find the best way to do that.
Other stuff:
I give more credit to young players which are trained by local managers as this players have better chances to be trained long term and to the highest level.
I know a few users here but i came alone, so if someone wants to join the stuff the door is open, but in my eyes everyone in the community is part of the stuff and the NT anyway.

Good luck batman! Hopefully it will be a collaboration like with Spin. He helped me a lot. Especially during the first couple of weeks. So thanks to him and we'll stay in touch. :-)

After Polska, Italia and Romania Eesti is the strongest team in the worl. Espana is probably the strongest team from pot 2. We cand hope for 3'rd place. Will be very hard to quallify at the WC :(
Both Eesti and Espana are over 80 mark with first team. We hardly reach 71 points with very good shapes.

I've decided to give another try as New Zealand's manager. We were very close to a quallification at WC this season so i think we can spring the surprise two seasons from now :) We'll have a better team (our young players will rich they're top exactly two seasons from now) and with a bit of luck, a better draw in quallification groupe.
My goal for this season is to mentain New Zealand in top 48 teams so we can be in 3'rd pot at quallifications draw. Also, we need to test new tactics and improve old ones so we can keep up with our opponents.
A secondary objective will be MWC and SEAA cup (if someone will organize them)

Looks like the elections started again. As you know, i'll give my best to achive our main goal (a quallification at WC) if i'll be elected again. We are in the first 48 teams so wil'll be in pot 3 at this WC draws. This give us pretty good chances, especially cause' our team finally rich maturity. Best regards :)
