I want to know what is the most importante players that the U21 needs?
Defend? Attack?
I want to start to train that

from what i know, u21 most lacks defenders at the moment, but wait for an answer from collunder

a formidable one would do just fine for you at this very moment...you can find many with the wage no more than 15 000 NZ$

Sorry for the late response, I was on holiday and went back today.
Thanks for your support of the NZ U21!
Actually we need strikers but I'm sure you rather mean the future U21-NT squad. As Spin already wrote defenders are missed but also midfielder. We have some nice prospects for the attack but the defense and the midfield is actually not that strong. I've planned a U19 match this season and I'm glad to play against O‘zbekiston U21 so we don't need 11 really strong players.
I'll update the database these days and then I should be able to tell you more precisely.

what does your main coach looks like?

He is basically the best you can get. BUT...players here have talent. The more talented he is the more often he will pop. You need youth coach aswell if you do not have one yet. But be careful hiring coaches.

So you're a defender trainer. :-)
But with the skills of your main coach you can only train defenders for a short time because of the lack of the B-Skills (pace, technique, playmaker). But it's definitely ok and you will have good cash within two seasons in case the right trainees are trained.

Yes I know, but i think that is a good option to start with no so much money.
In a future, i can change, with a better economy, i can change my coach.
I bought 8 players with 17 and 18 years, with a minimun of adequeate deffend, and someone good.
