Just to have an idea as I started this season.

What's your youthtrainer and are you still making profit?
I just wanted to start with the youth to help my country but I think spending for the trainer will be hard?

It`s always worth to open the youthschool when it comes to a small country like NZ...you support the u21 and NT and then there are bigger chances to get decent players, as they are not a lot of users.
You could start with a outstanding or incredible coach, which will cost you anywhere from 20 000 to 30 000 a week, plus a few thousand more a week for the trainee spots, but in 2 season, you could get 5M back at least with a bit of luck..

Honestly I don't think a youth school for a new club is a good way to make money (you can get lucky though), however I find youth schools one of the most enjoyable things about the game, so I would get in to it ASAP.

Also when you start pulling youths and talking to the NT managers, you can learn how to train players that you can then watch play for the NT which is cool.

For now everything is going well and I just renewed some of my assistants.
In the first week of the new season I'll start with the youth, let's hope I can get some good players.

Patience is definitely key too. It takes a while to get a decent stream of potentially decent players, and even then it ebbs and flows a bit, but it's worth it for the enjoyment of the game
