You will get ALOT of money for him m8. He will get the best training (with the best coaches) in Poland (thinking like a old NT coach) :)

What would be the best coach for him?

Tech trainer, till midway next season, atleast. Get him to good-solid technique, then train him in pace and then finally, slap on some striking goodness.

That's how I'd train him, personally.
