That exactly the way I have them. Neither of them are junior coach.

How many coaches are an optimal setup?

1 head and 3 assistants is optimal

i have a brilliant youth coach but i never ever pull anyone good

check their talent. look and see how long a player takes to go from average to adequate and adequate to good. anyone taking longer then 5 weeks you should kick them out.

well i only have an outstanding youth coach and an outstanding head coach... i feel a little behind on the times :/
