Talent determines how long it takes for a player to pop in skill.

Some players have crap talent so dont pop often, some have great talent and can pop every couple/few weeks.

talent is measured in weeks/pop

Looks pretty awsome to me. Hope he pops alot :)

And how do you work that out?

by counting the weeks between pops while he is in the junior school, spreadsheets are great for this.

Or you could buy plus and see it on a little graph when you bring them into the club out of junior school
