Im changing mine now. Ive only ever had one good youth from school.

I had an outstanding youth coach for a long time. I noticed a tangible difference when I upgraded to brilliant. So I think it is worthwhile ... if the club can afford it.

i changed mine from an outstanding to a magical a couple weeks back so i'm hoping to see a big difference too :)
