the 5 week pop was when i had an outstanding coach, have upgraded to a magical/brilliant coach since then, this pops are also deadly accurate, so i think his talent is 3.75 *hopes for an 18 year old striker trainee with bad stamina and keeping*

I find it amazing you've played that long and not surpassed outstanding. Though I've played longer, and never had better the incredible (twice). Will have my first brilliant at the very end of this season.

I have a guy who is at excellent now with 18 weeks to go & has popped twice at a pop every 3 weeks. Anyone care to tell me if the 3 weeks pops happen each time or does it vary?. means he will be a youth for 24 weeks ...does this tell me how old he will be when he joins the team?......
