He doesnt even have any skills to become anything.

you're kidding aren't you? With that talent and a reasonable age, he could easily be a striker. Train pace and tech and within 2 seasons, you'd be looking at minimal of triple vg, if not triple excellent by the time he's 22. Sure it's not ideal but he'd still sell for a lot.

times like these i feel like quitting sokker =(

Already having 8 striker trainees made that impossible to do :P

What is your main like too?

I had two assistants. But none of them had really helped as i didn't really know what i was doing when i hired them. Now i have 3 of them all pretty good quality. brillant for pace is the worse one. My main is unearthly so im hoping he levels up fast

What do you know about 23 year olds training and how much longer it takes to pop?

23y olds are still well trainable.

But I guess it depends on the skill and how high that certain skill is.
