Why is it that I'm down to 7 youths in my scheme. I never fire anyone adequate or over but I been getting absolute shite...any suggestions?

Im the same mate. My youths are aweful and have been for some time. I have about 15 but only really like two of them enought to keep. I even keep poor ones if they come in around the 30 week mark and show talent

Is taht what it will come down to?. I've stocked with trainees but the new supply is just about out

LoL i have no idea whats been happening to the youth system for NZ, i'm now down to accepting Tragic's and waiting to see how their talent is. (3-4 for me to keep)
