He's about double the wage of my current coach, but I have a few million in the bank so it won't cause too many problems. Just hope my sponsorship money goes back up quickly.. it was halved from demotion :(

he is little expensive you can found some other for 10.000 less easily, try more. You will get him for long time (probably ever)

If you had employed him wait for next thursday to fire him, because he will earn the money of the week anyway. You must searh on saturday the trainer

My new junior coach is paying dividends already, as two of my guys have trimmed their talent times by a week :)

Got three no hopers which I fired. Accidentally fired another as well, don't know what his level was though. :(

looks to be 4 from that but could be anywhere from 3.67 to 4.33 depending on if the next pop is 3 weeks or 5 weeks.

So 4 weeks is the approximate value atm.
