Hes a freaking good draft... I've got a formidable in 2 weeks and 3 weeks... geeezzz just before the new season starts!!

So?
23 yo. doesn't train that much slower ;)
2006-03-17 11:46:18
yes they do!! My 23 year olds train like 6 weeks slower than my 18 year old..!! Incredible eh? :( sad...I wish they train faster.
2006-03-17 12:05:42
Talent is the keyword ;)
2006-03-17 12:33:37
My 23-year olds still pop every 5 or 6 weeks. My 22-year popped in 5 weeks to excellent pace...

It's possible, but like Matu said: talent is the key word (and a good coachingstaff of course...)

can you please tell me what do you mean by good coaching staff?? I think I have crappy assistants. I have an incredible main coach but my assistants are solid and good. Is this why my team is training much slower?

Yes.

Have you read the rules?

Not a bad main coach at all.

Might be worth your while getting a third assistant, just an adequate or good or something.
2006-03-18 08:12:23
Hmm so solid and good assistants are good enough?? Do you possibly think I maybe should upgrade them to very goods? Or will hiring one more good do me enough?
2006-03-18 08:22:40
1 more will make more of a difference than keeping the two and just increasing them to very good.

Personally I have 2x excellent and 1x solid.
