Tell me about it. Used to get several handy juniors every season, but I've been in a dry patch for at least 3 seasons. My best one at the moment is an 18y/o very good with 5 weeks left in the school! Dross.

My latest generation of trainees are a 22 year old and two 23 year olds. Haven't had anybody else come through the ranks since!
