Do all youths come in as tragic now or is it just my crappy youth squad?

you need a coach first...preferably above incredible
without one, all juniors will come as tragic

He just started with the game, so incredible leads him to banktrupcy.

Ahhh that will make sense. Kinda a paradoxal loop with me, I wasn't going to get a proper youth coach until I got some proper youths

This leads me to another question: Does the skill of the coach affect the quality of the youths when they arrive in the youth squad?

he can get one at around 32-35k NZ$ per week if he gets the right combination

don`t think so...the coach evaluate the level of the players, but i highly doubt he influences them in anyway
if there isn`t one, the players all appear to be tragic

yep, high stamina again...you mean I shoulnd't have a former marathon champ to train my youth? ;)

it`s good sometimes for a player to have some stamina but a lot of useless pts went there
2xsolid and the player would have been a future u21 for sure...
