Subject: NT Italian coach

Hi!
I'm the new candidate for nt coach of New Zealand.

My plan:
Staff:I would like to receive the help of many of you to create an operative staff in which everyone could feel involved, and first of all can enjoy with the NT experience

Availability:I spend much time on sokker so I will be always reachable for any kind of question

Objectifs:to win the greatest number of matches possible

Tactics:About tactics, I can ensure you that New Zealand will play a great football, carefull against strong teams and very offensive against equal or minor teams.

If you want a coach World Champion vote for me!!!!!

first question: wouldn't the name of this thread give the impression you are running in the wrong country?

Thread in NZ forum, I'm candidate for New Zealand NT, through that title I wanted to draw your attention! :-)

how fluent are you in english?

My English is quite fluent

Do you really think you have enough experience to coach a National Team? Nine months isn't a hell of a lot.

Can you be more specific with your objectives? Undoubtedly every coach would want to win the greatest number of matches possible.

When you say "careful against strong teams", do you mean something like 545172? Also, what sort of formations do you favour, and what formations do you think would suit the New Zealand team?

1)yes I think that 10 months played in one of the best italian divisions have granted me an adequate experience, sufficient to try conducting a national team

2)my main aim will be trying to pass the preliminaries of the world cup

3)in my club I use a 4 4 2; in the NZ national team my scheme will depend on the players skills and on the opponent's characteristics

From what you can see of the player's abilities from ratings, what would be the most effective lineup to use, in your opinion, and why?

Sorry,but only with ratings it's very difficult making a lineup!

I have to see the skills, without it it's impossible for me making a good lineup.

I've seen the attack and I think it could be a good idea placing Hird and Chadwich behind Bodger, ,but for midfielders and defenders it's impossible without skills!

but i dont think that Bodger is quite up to Hird quality yet. Admittedly i dont know the stats of Hird so i cannot compare, but seeing Hird in his league matches as a kind of assistant striker, i do not think he is effective while bball has shown that Bodger still is.
