Hello all. Thanks for choosing me. My name is Onur and I live in Turkey. I'm a creative director and founder of an advertising and design agency here. Also a media student.
First of all I want to say that I would like to be coach of u21 team more than this season. As you know this season we will only play friendlies, next season we will be at WC groups again. So I will schedule friendlies now and I'm thinking about play with u20's much more than u21's for training and I will follow their improvements. I will try to make lads get ready to next world cup groups so thats why.
I'm sorry to say that we haven't got any potential 18,19,20 y.o. GK. We have got only 1 potantial GK for next WC groups (Eddie Picard) and he is only 17 years old. It's so so sad...
There is a potantial quality difference between 21 y.o. players and 19-20 y.o. players. Our new squad for next wc groups probably won't be as good as before.
But I will try my best.
Greetings.

Hi guys. It was good season for U21 and myself.
We have some good players at the age 19-20 which they will be 20-21 soon. We mostly played with 19-20 y.o. guys till mid of season but it worths as we have nice players and they got extra trainings.
We were at the 68. place before my coaching and now we are at the 63. place. We are far from 62. place like 1 win.
All matches of this season while my coaching:
week 01 - New Zealand U21 3-1 Costa Rica U21
week 02 - New Zealand U21 1-1 Sakartvelo U21
week 03 - New Zealand U20 3-1 Cameroun U21
week 04 - New Zealand U21 3-2 Singapore U21
week 05 - New Zealand U21 0-2 Guatemala U21
week 06 - New Zealand U21 1-0 Andorra U21

Some of you guys really did and still doing good job for U21, If we have some stars thats mostly because of some of you great coaches. Thank you all. But sadly I have to say we are still not a complete team as we lack on some areas on the pitch and we don't have much alternative players. But still, we are not that bad.
As I said before I was planned to coaching New Zealand U21 more than one season. I followed improvements of U21 guys whole season, I mostly gave luck to 19-20 y.o. guys and tried to make them get best trainings for next season while raise our place on the world rank.
I completed that my first target.
If i'm elected again, my next target is doing the best for WC.
Greetings!

As I told before, I have to focus on my personal life for a while. It was really nice to be U21 coach of new zealand for 2 seasons.
At the WC Groups as all of you know we were at the one of the most solid groups. I did my best but we completed group at 5th position.

Thank you all for choosing me. If I have more free time in the future, I would love to be U21 coach again.

You did good , you were just unlucky to get the best group out there , the reason you finished on 5'th position
thanks :) you are always growing best players for U21. I hope you continue :)

Hello guys. I'm in the vote list again. As I see squad and even NTDB is not updated since I left, so I decided to candidate again.
