Subject: [U21] New Zealand buczo
Great results. I've been surprised just how high new Zealand's individual ratings have been given the few numbers of users.
We will be even better;)
We have 7 schools in NZ, I constantly watch those who leave school and either take them personally or try to provide them with a good training course for other managers :)
You have 7 users, not 7 schools. One has been so long since they logged in, that they no longer have any log in times. Another 2 have rarely placed a player on the TL in the last 9 months.
Let's not BS in this forum. I have come with a compliment about how surprised I have been in a good way (and in the past - a long time ago - suggested the two countries train each others juniors too to keep both nations as strong as possible).
Really you have 4 active players contributing to the NT, maybe less (I didn't go in depth on those 4), meaning they have not only had some great pulls, but have been trained well with NZ in mind rather than money making, which is great for a small nation like NZ

what`s happening in Australia? do people don`t get decent trainees anymore?
I was your NT manager a while ago, and I remember the u21 was pretty decent, , right now a lot of players would probably not play even for New Zealand

that`s true...I`ve been training NZ players since 2010, I started with keepers, than I switched to defenders and I`ve been doing midfielders since 2012...I probably had more than 50 players that had an important part in the national team, trained them for 8-10 seasons...the team that qualified at the last WC had 4 midfielders that I trained until 27 yo, probably the best mid line ever :)

Ahmid, you know that we have no influence what junior will leave school, we can only hire the best trainer. Despite the fact that there are 7 users, I'm still glad that there are schools because in other countries where there are more users there are not so many schools
my friend, your contribution to development and help this country is invaluable, I hope you will continue to support New Zealand in this way
Always :)
My team will always be like a second u21 team :P
Whatever I can put my hands on, I will try to train as best as possible

We lost to Mexico 2:4, we lack a goalkeeper and a striker, we say goodbye to Mamma Mia Cup and we play social
This week we are playing with the Danish national team led by my friend Bafi. We will play with the strongest possible team
You did a really good job, you deserve to continue...good luck and hope we will be lucky with the oponents for the world cup..
Thank you for your trust and your votes, we are starting the qualifying rounds, we will play against South Africa tomorrow. I think it can be no other than victory!
In the first match we beat south africa 1: 0, the first points are already, now the match with Poland
Congratulations.
I have to admit I was a bit nervous in the first half, a lot of missed oportunities, but in the end the better team won :)

You're right, we've missed a lot and all because we only have one class striker :( we also miss gk :(
