Subject: [NT]Clau_Goool
Hi everyone,
I am Clau_Goool(Rares in real life, traditional Romanian name). I live in the beautiful city of Cluj, the capital of Transylvania, a big region of Romania. I`m playing this game since 2005 and in this time I have spent a lot of time near the Romanian NT, being as well tactical advisor and scouter. Currently I am playing into the 3nd Romanian league which is a decent league where you can train young prospects.
It would be an honor to be assigned for the position of manager for New Zealand NT.
In my NT career I have been the manager of:
- 1 season NT manager of UAE NT
- 2 seasons manager of Nigeria U21 NT
- 6 seasons manager of Cymru NT known as Wales (3rd place, almost qualified to the World Cup)
- 6 seasons manager of Australia NT (3rd place, almost qualified to the World Cup)
- 4 seasons manager of Canada NT (3rd place, almost qualified to the World Cup)
- 3 seasons manager of Sverige (qualified to the World Cup)
- 4 seasons manager of Danmark(qualified to the World Cup)
- 1 season manager of Norge
- 10 more seasons manager of Danmark NT (qualified the team 4 more times to the World Cup)
- more than 14 seasons of scouting for both Romanian NT and U21
- 1 season manager of Al Maghrib (aka Morocco).
A total of 38 consecutive seasons as National team manager.
My objectives are:
- I have always had the target to qualify the teams I have managed to the WC, this is one of the goals
- implementing new tactics in the new season, giving playing opportunities for the young players which have less experience with the NT, under age games may have priority
- trying to maintain and improve the NT ranking
- ensuring a weekly up to date database of the NT players
- trying to buy and train players for the New Zealand NT as I did for all of the other NT I managed
- strong communication with the New Zealand sokker community
Feel free to ask me any kind of questions regarding my candidature.

The qualification group for the road to the World Cup:
1. Polska
2. Scotland
3. New Zealand
4. India
5. Costa Rica
6. Nigeria
*The group is a decent one, indeed Polska is the main favourite and the battle would be between NZ and Scotland.
The underdog teams are really important as well.
New Zealand NT Friendlies:
Week 08: Srbija U27
Week 01: Russia U27
Week 02: Ireland U27
Go NZ!

Good start indeed for the first starting game.
Unfortunately, we lost 2 players with suspension. But we will do our best against Polska :)

* Today was the start of the qualification games to the road to the World Cup.
The opponent, India, ranked 63rd, was a decent adversary for the first game. The first half was quite balanced, our mids trying to find ways to assist our strikers, but with not that much luck.
The last 20 minutes were much better, there was more efficiency into our strikers finish.
Our defs are quite squeaky into the defence. We will have to battle hard against Polska, Scotland and Costa Rica.
Next week, Polska, A good defensive is mandatory and quick counter-attacks.
Until next week, happy New Year!
