A training match with Kazakhstan is coming up, then the 2 first class matches, with Colombia and Turkey.
If I get at least one point with Colombia, I will have high morale with Turkey! :)
The coach of Colombia is the national champion and tomorrow he plays in the Champions Cup!
I am preparing some surprises for him. I am looking optimism to the match with Colombia! :)

I regret not being a coach 2 seasons ago, when the NZ team was much better!
Now it's old and already some players are retired! I've already taken about 8 out of the team, but I don't have anyone to replace them with....

I see that NZ is in 46th place in the U21 general ranking.
In the seniors, I took over the team in 58th place!
Although, apparently you are doing better, I also analyzed your squad and, unfortunately, the 19-20 year old players, who will play next season in the U21 World Championship qualifiers, are quite weak. It is very serious that you do not have a good goalkeeper U20 ! :(
If I were you, I would approach the following strategy:
- I would play only with U20 players;
- I would choose only weak opponents for friendly matches, so as not to fall in the general ranking.

I searched a lot and unfortunately this is all I found.
Many players are in the hands of BOT teams and so we will never know how they could have grown and become strong.

I have been missing a couple of years in this game and now I am getting back into the game.
I am trying to refine my tactics for U21 because I have so many tactics and all from NT.

The idea of playing with only U20 I had thought about it too, however when I saw the full roster I thought I can't do that for now, but it is something I plan to do to prepare the team for the next World Cup.
